Merced Subbasin Groundwater Allocation Rule

The Merced Subbasin GSA Board adopted a final and complete Groundwater Allocation Rule at their June 12, 2025 Board meeting.
The final Rule can be found on the GSA’s website at www.mercedsubbasingsa.org. The Groundwater Allocation Rule becomes effective on January 1, 2026.
