There will also be a public hearing for the draft list on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at 9:30 am. The meeting will be held both in-person and virtually for those unable to attend the in-person session:

Written comments must be received no later than 12 pm (noon) on April 3^rd. Comment letters received after this date will not be accepted unless the State Water Board determines otherwise. Address comments to Courtney Tyler, Acting Clerk to the State Water Board. Please indicate in the subject line: “Comment Letter – 2024 California Integrated Report”.

Written comments submitted electronically shall be in PDF format, no more than 15 MB in total size, and submitted via email to commentletters@waterboards.ca.gov.
