There will be a webinar held by the DWR, the State Water Resources Control Board, and the Department of Fish and Wildlife on the Executive Order N-4-23, related to flood water capture and groundwater recharge. This webinar will include opening remarks, a presentation detailing the requirements of the Executive Order, and an opportunity for question and answer from participants.
