Madera County – The Madera Groundwater Sustainability Agency offers a Domestic Well Mitigation Program to assist eligible residents whose domestic wells are impacted by declining groundwater levels during implementation of the Groundwater Sustainability Plan. The program will provide up to $35,000 to help cover the cost of drilling a replacement well or connecting to an existing water system.
